We Listen Report and Community Conversation Circles

We Listen Report
On January 25th, 2009, Listening for a Change released its We Listen report to Sonoma County through the Press Democrat. The report can also be downloaded: We Listen report.

We Listen seeks to deepen our understanding of social relations in Sonoma County. We have provided a portrait that includes voices of some who aren’t always heard, but have much to teach us about the ways we practice acceptance. We suggest solutions that can be made in simple neighborly ways to improve the quality of life for all.

Community Conversation Circles
You and your organization are invited to participate in a facilitated Community Conversation Circle and respectfully discuss issues raised in We Listen. We can lead you in an innovative method to discuss important, but often sensitive, community issues. The discussion can take place within 60-90 minutes.

We have a facilitation team that will work with groups of 10-50 people. If there is interest, we can bring your group together with other organizations, nonprofits, social, religious, neighborhood groups, etc. to engage in an expanded conversation.

To learn more about Community Conversation Circles, email welisten@listeningforachange.org or call 707-578-5420.
